Our Promise

No shortcuts, no middle-men—just honest beef kept entirely in our family's hands from our pasture to your plate.

That’s why we manage every single step of the journey from our pastures to our facility. When you know the hands that raised your food and the care behind every cut, you aren't just buying dinner; you’re restoring trust to your table and supporting a truly transparent, local food system.

Honest Beef, Family Guaranteed

We don't rely on outside shortcuts, which means we can stand firmly behind every cut of beef we sell. From our 20 years of herd genetics to the final wrap at our butcher counter, we promise your family a transparent, local food system with excellence you can taste.

A Family Legacy in Every Cut

Our story didn't start in a boardroom—it started in the dirt of Middle Tennessee. We are a family that believes you should know exactly where your food comes from and who raised it. Step into our journey to see how we grew from a single farm into a completely family-owned pasture-to-plate operation.

Our Story

"If it isn’t good enough for our dinner table, it doesn’t go on yours."

Our Reserve

20 Years in the Making, Genetics That Mean Quality

Known from Birth, Built on 20 Years of Dirt

We don't buy other people's surprises. We’ve spent two decades line-breeding our cattle right here on our own dirt, so we know these genetics inside and out. Because we know every calf from its very first breath to its last day, we don't need a single drop of antibiotics or added hormones to make them great. Just good breeding and honest care.

Keeping the Chain in Our Hands

The hardest part of honest beef is finding folks who care as much as the farmer. That’s why we built our own processing plant. By keeping this step in-house, we hold the line on quality and keep the entire chain unbroken. From our pasture to our own hooks, we know exactly how your food is handled every second of the journey.

What We Do (And What We Ditch)

This is where the magic happens at our Spring Hill butcher shop. It’s about what we do—like precision wet or dry aging for maximum tenderness—and what we never do, like pumping in fillers, water, or dyes. The corporate grocery stores sell beef where two-thirds of it barely scrapes by as basic USDA Choice. Our Reserve beats that standard every day of the week because it’s pure, unaltered beef the way God intended.
